Tattoos from the Soul, Inc.

We will not tattoo anyone under the age of 18, no exceptions. It is against the law in the State of Texas.

State issued identification (driver's license, passport, armed services, etc.) must be presented at the time of your appointment in order to be tattooed.
We will not tattoo anyone under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
PIERCING MINORS:

We CAN NOT pierce anyone under 18 without a parent or legal guardian present.

We accept the following types of ID:

Valid drivers license
State issued ID
Military ID
Passport

If you wish to get pierced and are under the age of 18 you must have your parent or legal guardian with you. You must also have matching state issued picture ID as your parent. If you have different last names some other proof may be required such as court documents and/or birth certificates.

We do not under any circumstances do the following piercings on minors

Nipples
Genitals

If you are under 18 and getting pierced your parent must be present in the piercing room with you. Your parent has to be here in the studio, they can not sign the release form any where else.

We do not do large gauge piercing on minors.

JEWELRY POLICY:
We pierce with the following types of material:
ASTM certified 316LVM F-138 implant grade stainless steel
ASTM certified 6Al-4V-Eli F-136 implant grade Titanium
14k gold which contains no nickel
18k solid gold
Pyrex Glass
Niobium

We carry for healed piercings but do not pierce with the following types of materials:
FDA approved acrylics
Dental Acrylic

If you wish to bring your own jewelry our policy is as follows:
The jewelry must be one the piercing materials named above. If you are bringing your own gold please make sure it is 18k.
Jewelry brought in must be free of flaws (scratches, nicks, burrs)
Please bring in your jewelry several hours in advance so we have time to properly clean and sterilize it.

ALL jewelry sales are FINAL. The only exception is if there is an obvious defect in the jewelry in which case we either have it repaired or replace it. If you do not know the proper size and gauge of your jewelry please ask our piercing staff for help to insure that you purchase the right piece.

ALCOHOL AND DRUGS:
Under no circumstances will we pierce anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs of any kind.
